1. On Running Tennis Shoes - Fielding and I both love our On Running tennis shoes {which is why they were also featured on my Gift Guide for Him}. They are cute, comfy, and great to workout / run in.
2. Foam Roller - These are a MUST for lifters and runners alike to massage our your muscles after an intense workout. If you have to really impress that special someone on your list, splurge for a vibrating foam roller - it's hurts so good!
3. Air Pods - These wireless headphones are a great gift for just about anyone on your list, but these especially come in handy while at the gym or out on a run!
4. Apple Watch - I couldn't live without my Apple Watch. It tracks my steps, heart rate, reminds me to stand & breath, tells me the weather, receives texts, calls, & emails, oh, and it tells time! I love that I can track all of my workouts from barre to running and since it has cellular connectivity, I don't have to worry about taking my bulky phone with me to the gym or on my runs.
5. Teleties - These hair ties are the BEST. They hold your hair well, don't damage your hair, and they look cute on your wrist - that's a win-win-win in my book! These would also make a great stocking stuffer!
6. Gym Bag - I received this monogram gym bag as a gift last year and I LOVE it!
7. Goodr Sunglasses - If anyone on your list enjoys working out outside, this is the PERFECT gift. These under $30 sunglasses are stylish, lightweight, and don't bounce at all.
8. Yoga Mat - If you have any yogis on your list, a yoga mat always makes a great gift. This one really spoke to me because...tacos.
9. Hydro Flask Waterbottle - A good quality water bottle is must have for anyone. This is another good stocking stuffer idea!
10. Puffer Jacket - This lightweight, packable puffer jacket is perfect to wear t0/from the gym or even go on walks in the cold! It comes in several colors and a vest, too! Gap always has great sales - today it's 50% off + an extra 10% off.
11. Barre / Yoga Socks - There's nothing worse than spending $20+ for a pair of socks at your local barre or yoga studio. This pack of 4 is great quality and will only set you back $15!
12. Flip Belt - This is my go-to running belt to hold all the necessities for my long runs {phone, key, snacks, etc.}. It's comfortable, doesn't bounce, and most importantly, doesn't chafe!
