Happy Monday, y'all! Today, I'm so excited to share my second edition of "Splurge vs. Steal!" Ever since my first "Splurge vs. Steal" post back in the spring, it has been one of my most requested posts.
I love to splurge on designer items just as much as the next gal, but I certainly can't afford to buy ALL the designer things that I'm crushing on each season. If I'm going to splurge on something, I want it to be a classic piece that I can wear for years. But for trendier items, I have always gone the designer inspired route. I love the thrill of hunting for and finding a designer looks for a fraction of the price, so I went on a search for the best designer look-alikes of the most sought-after fall designer styles. I hope you love these awesome, affordable finds as much as I do!
But first, a disclaimer. The "steals" will certainly not be of the same quality as their designer look-alikes. With that being said, I own each of the "steals" that I'm sharing with you today and I'm perfectly happy with the quality, especially given the price. If you have ANY questions/concerns about the quality, sizing, material, etc. of these items, shoot me a DM or email - I'm always happy to help!
Chloe Faye Bag
The Chloe Faye bag is one that I've been crushing on for a couple of years now. I was SO excited when I came across a bag that looks almost identical for under $100! I am so impressed with the quality of this bag that I own it in 2 colors!
David Yurman Link Bracelet
I have both the real-deal and the inspired DY Link Bracelet. The quality of the $17 version does not compare to the real one, but it's the perfect option to get the look for significantly less.
Stuart Wietzman Over-the-Knee Boots
Stuart Wietzman is one of my favorite shoe designers, and I especially love his boots. I wish I could afford one of each of his fall/winter designs {ugh, when am I going to win the lottery already!?}. These designer inspired OTK boots, while not real suede, are really great quality, especially for under $100!
Karen Walker Sunglasses
Anyone else have trouble keeping up with their sunnies?? I can't justify spending a lot of money on sunglasses because, chances are, they'll last me a month. That's why I love these Karen Walker inspired sunnies for $10! They obviously do not compare to Karen Walker's quality, but they're super cute and there's no guilt experienced when I lose them.
Free People Royale Booties
If you've been following me for the past month or so, you've probably noticed that these Free People inspired booties have been on repeat in my life. They're SO comfy and look extremely similar to the Free People ones.
Valentino Rockstud Pumps
These Valentino pumps are drop dead gorgeous and maybe one day I'll own the real-deal, but these $70 look-alikes will work for now.
Gucci Belt
I could never bring myself to spend $450 on a belt, but I absolutely LOVE the look. I am super impressed with the quality of this $30 belt - so much so that I bought it in both black and brown.
I hope you enjoyed my second "Splurge vs. Steal" post and I saved you some of your hard-earned cash along the way {check out my spring/summer edition of Splurge vs. Steal here}. These posts are my most requested, so I promise to keep searching and sharing the best designer inspired items I can find!
